Traveling Chess Giveaway

NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A PURCHASE WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING.

1. Sponsor

The sponsor of this giveaway is Traveling Chess Club LLC, located in Austin, TX. Contact: hello@travelingchess.com.

2. Eligibility

The giveaway is open to legal residents of the United States who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry. Employees of Traveling Chess Club LLC, their immediate family members (spouse, parents, siblings, children), and household members are not eligible.

Void where prohibited by law.

3. Entry Period

The entry period begins on Tuesday, September 1, 2026 at 12:00 AM CDT and ends on Monday, October 19, 2026 at 11:59 PM CDT. All entries must be received during this time to be eligible.

4. How to Enter

To enter, visit giveaway.travelingchess.com during the entry period and complete the entry form with your name, email address, and agreement to these Official Rules and our Privacy Policy. Phone number and location (city, state, ZIP) are optional.

Limit one (1) entry per person/email address. Multiple entries from the same person or email address will be disqualified. Entries generated by script, macro, or other automated means are void.

5. Prizes

A total of 4 winners will be selected. The following prizes will be awarded:

Grand Prize (1 winner): Full Kit + Chess Board

• Traveling Chess Classic Hoodie (ARV: $64.99)
• Traveling Chess Everyday Tee (ARV: $31.99)
• Traveling Chess Logo Cap (ARV: $29.99)
• Chess Board (ARV: to be determined before the drawing)

Full Kit ARV: $126.97. Chess board value will be finalized before the drawing.

Second Prize (3 winners): Everyday Tee

• Traveling Chess Everyday Tee (ARV: $31.99 each)

Second Prize total ARV: $95.97 (3 x $31.99).

Total prize ARV will not exceed $500.

Prizes are non-transferable and no cash or other substitution is permitted, except at Sponsor's sole discretion. Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value.

6. Winner Selection and Notification

4 winners (1 Grand Prize winner and 3 Second Prize winners) will be selected in a single random drawing from all eligible entries received. The drawing will be conducted within 7 days after the entry period ends.

The odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received.

Winners will be notified by email at the address provided during entry. Each winner must respond and claim their prize within 7 days of notification. If a winner does not respond within 7 days, the prize may be forfeited and an alternate winner may be selected from remaining eligible entries (one redraw per prize only).

7. Use of Entry Information

By entering, you agree that Traveling Chess Club LLC may use the information you provide to send you marketing communications about merchandise and events. You may unsubscribe at any time. See our Privacy Policy for details on how we handle your data.

8. General Conditions

By entering, participants agree to be bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of the Sponsor, which are final and binding in all matters related to the giveaway.

Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to disqualify any entry that it believes is not in compliance with these Official Rules, including duplicate entries, fraudulent entries, or entries made in bad faith.

Sponsor is not responsible for lost, late, misdirected, incomplete, or illegible entries, or for any technical malfunctions that may occur.

9. Winner List

To request the names of the winners, send an email to hello@travelingchess.com within 60 days after the drawing with the subject line "Giveaway Winner Request."

10. Governing Law

This giveaway is governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict of law principles.
